I just got rollerblades and I'm ok but how do you stop when you are going down a hill at SUPER fast speed?

I have been rollerblading forever but just took a bit of a break, so I know how to do pretty much everything. The problem is 1. these are new roller blades and I'm not use to them and 2. I have never skated on hills before so i don't know how to stop on them when I'm going really fast.

I don't know much about blades, but I have skated down hills on quads. My recommendation is not to let yourself get up to a "super fast speed." We would always just weave back and forth to keep ourselves from going to fast. Of course, if your goal is to go fast, I'm afraid that I cannot help - just take the advice in James J's post and PRAY! :)
Reply:You PRAY....

....Then you look for some grass or shrubbery to lessen the impact, aim for it and hope for the best.
Reply:Kinda turn to the side and slow yourself down:)
