The ones that you wear for jumping, they're kinda like roller blades, but instead of rolling you jump really high, they have a part that's like a half c from your calf to the ground.

i had moon boots when i was younger
they have air kicks anti-gravity boots. by the picture i don't think that is what you are looking for...but apparently they are cool right now...*shoulder shrug*
