It all depends on how much you weigh and your normal activity level and how long it takes you. Say you are 120 lbs, fairly active and it takes you 30 min to go the 3 miles. You would burn about 420 calories. If you are blading uphill, you would burn more. I roller blade three miles a day, I am curious as to how many calories this burns and what other results?
