Which side of the road...?

Okay, so the rule is pedestrians on the left of the road, wheels on the right. So what do you do when you roller blade? Roller blades basically make you a pedestrian on wheels. What do you think?

Which side of the road...?
Actually, when you are roller-blading you are NOT considered a pedestrian.

You should follow the behavior you would as a bicyclist.

The link below is for the Inline Skate association, and they adopt the position that %26quot;when on skates, you should consider yourself to be subject to the same obligations as a bicyclist or a driver of an automobile.%26quot;
Reply:Well you are a pestrian no matte what so i would say the left side of the road.
Reply:im assuming you%26#039;d be a pedestrian so stay on the left side.
Reply:I think the ped rule applies to roller bladers, but I wouldn%26#039;t recommend roller blading on anything besides residential roads and sidewalks. When I googled %26quot;roller blades blading on roads%26quot; all it came up with is news reports of ppl getting hit by cars.
Reply:roller blades are pedestrians
Reply:good question, but I would still consider a roller-blader to be a pedestrian... left side of the road.
Reply:Roller blades are pedestrians, if they were motorised then you%26#039;ld need to go on the right as well. Skate boards also would act as pedestrians.
