Is it advisable to use roller hockey skates for cross training?

or should I buy aggressive blades instead, so I can use %26#039;em for playing roller hockey and cross training as well. Thanks!

You can wear roller hockey skates to cross train, but I would suggest buying some extra sets of wheels to have on hand. I wear mine outside of roller hockey and have never had a problem, except for the pavement tearing up the wheels.
Reply:you can, but i%26#039;m sure anyone would advise you to buy more aggressive blades so they will hold up easier. roller hockey skates will do just fine though if you don%26#039;t have much cash.
