oh how i loved mine. until my sister hid my key with them on me. then came out skates with boots on them, still metal wheels, but they didn't pinch my foot. then hard cork wheels, clay wheels, plastic, and so on. isn't it amazing how one product can evolve over the years. look at the roller blades, etc.
Did you have shoe skates with a key?
yes and we used to make scooters with the old shoe skates and a couple of two by fours wow what a blast
Reply:I had the metal ones that adjusted to fit your shoe. I loved them, but I had to leave them behind when we moved. My cousin got them %26amp; she didn't take care of them. Yes, it is quite amazing %26amp; they still have skating rinks! I wonder what skates will look like when my kids are grown. I wonder if they'll have rockets or something?
