Please!i need to know what movie is this!!!!!!!!!!!?

i dont know if it is the wizard of oz or not.and i guess it is an old story.but still,the movie is not in black and white and it is very enjoyable to watch.


in that movie,it has the tin man which a girl has to spin something at its back so that it can move again,


and then she discovers a castle where there's this wicked lady whose always changing heads.and the girl that was trapped in a room build something and sprinklesome powder so that it can fly??


and the men/soldiers of the queen have legs like roller blades.


if it is indeed the wizard of oz,which one??

...that was Disney's 1985 very dark fantasy/adventure, "Return to Oz"; it was based upon author L. Frank Baum's second and third Oz books, 'Ozma of Oz' and "The Marvelous Land of Oz', though the writers of the film took several liberties when paring down the two stories into the film's screenplay (...for instance, in the original stories, Princess Ozma WAS helplessly enchanted, but was turned into a boy named Tip by the witch Mombi, with no knowledge of his previous life; at the end of the story, Tip's true identity was revealed, and he resigned himself to be magically transformed back into a princess...which might have been just a tad bit too contraversial for Disney to depict, on one of their family-friendly productions)...
